With this export option input files with observations can be created to train and test distribution models (e.g. Maxent). The format is simple and only contains the name of the entity (species name or the name of a habitat) and xy-coordinates. The drop-down menu with spatial references currently provides a limited set of coordinate systems.
If the selection is too large a random set can be selected and exported.
