Besides the data query function Turboveg 3 offers a quick way to jump to a certain plot observation is offered by the Search function. Searching can be done by means of a Plot (observation) ID, a GUID, or the old fashion Turboveg 2 relevé number. The latter will only work if the relevé numbers in the database are unique, which is not necessarily the case. When Turboveg finds a match the dataset in which the plot is located will be opened with the matching plot selected.
