This export is a kind of multi-purpose output. It is among others suitable for analysis with R, Python and also JUICE. Trait data, if available, can be included in the export.
For JUICE input check the option JUICE compatible input files. In JUICE select the following menu options File, Import, Table, From TURBOVEG3 and Simple Text File (Database Records).
Note that the option Export only vascular plat species also exports taxa that are not have indicated with a taxon group ID.
In the output from the EVA database the column Match can have the following numbers:
0 = Turboveg concept and no translation to Euro+Med name
1 = SynBioSys concept and no translation to Euro+Med name
2 = Turboveg concept translated to Euro+Med name
3 = SynBioSys concept translated to Euro+Med name
4 = SynBioSys concept translated to Euro+Med name with modified assignment
