A selection of plot observations can be exported to a Turboveg3 database. This database can be used for exchanging data between parties who also use Turboveg3, or can be used for testing purposes.
After the export is completed the name of the database is listed among the other databases covered by Turboveg.
The target database is limited to the selected plot data, but contains full lists for taxa and all other lookup tables. Also field definitions present in the source database are fully copied into the target database.
In case all data need to be exported to a single dataset in the target database a name for the dataset should be entered. However, in that case only a default profile with default fields will be created in the target database.
